An announcement reported that on Tuesday 22 April at 12.00 o’clock shipbrokers intended to sell on a public auction in the location corner Scheepmakershaven-Bierstraat wijk 1 no. 499 in Rotterdam the extra ordinary fast known coppered and copper fastened Dutch schooner brig ship St. Helena captain M. Sterkenburg with as measurement 189 tons or 109 lasten and dimensions 30,80 x 4,27 x 3,24 (hold) metres. She was now lying in the Zalmhaven, Rotterdam.(1)
