Dutch bark ship Van Galen laid at Amsterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated 2 May 1890

An item dated Amsterdam 1 May reported that the same day at the shipyard de Nachtegaal of Jan Meursing the keel was laid down of the steel bark ship Van Galen for the Ned. Scheepvaart Maatschappij in Amsterdam.
