Dutch schooner de Hoop launched at Amsterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated Thursday 28 August 1845

An item reported that the Saturday before at the Noorderwerf the newly built schooner ship de Hoop was launched for A. Prins&Co. in Amsterdam. With her 145 lasten was she the largest kof ship until now build there.
