Mexican cabinet intended to execute large shipbuilding program in Spain according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1933 no. 3

An item referred to the R.U.S.I. journal dated February 1933 which reported that the Mexican cabinet intended to order the building of 15 ships in Spain and to buy 25 planes. To finance this order got Mexico a loan of 70.000.000 pesetas from Spain.
