Poland lacking money for naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazineMarineblad 1933 no. 3
An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau dated February 1933 which reported that since the delivery of the both in France built destroyers and three submarines no new units were added to the Polish navy. Despite this was her strength improved by replacement of aged equipment, better training of the personnel and strengthening of the coastal defence works. Lacking money was not possible to execute the large shipbuilding program.
