New German submarine flottillas named after Uboat commanders of First World War according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1938 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau dated July 1938 which reported that the 3 newly created German submarine flotillas were named Emsmann, Hundius and Wegener which were commanding officers of respectively the UB 116, UB 103 and U27 lost during the First World War.
