Russian naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1905-1906 no. 6

An item reported that the Russian naval shipbuilding program for a period of 9 years was approved by the tsar included the building of 12 battleships, 15 cruisers, 46 destroyers, 18 torpedo boats, 10 submarines, 9 gunboats, 9 monitors and 1 minelayer. Of the 12 battleships were 9 battleships of 16.000-17.000 ton armed with 4 heavy guns, 14 guns of medium calibre and 56 smaller guns destined for the Baltic Fleet.
