New Japanese torpedo boats being built according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1933 no. 5

An item referred to the magazine Revue Maritime dated July 1933 reporting that of the Japanese 530 ton torpedo boats the Chidori nearly was completed and the building of the Tomozuru and Hatsugari recently started. These boats were nearly complet electrically welded. Their speed was more as 24 knots. The armament consisted of 3-12,7cm guns and 3 torpedo tubes.
