New Japanese torpedo designed according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1932 no. 5

An item referred to the magazine Japan Advertiser reporting that dr. Hiroshi Cinoye working for the Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Company designed a complete new torpedo with a range 3 x the range of the at that time used  torpedoes.
