British Admiralty sending spies for German navy secrets according to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Nieuwsbode dated 15 December 1911
An item reported that at Leipzig , Germany the Englishman Schultz suspected of espionage was prosecuted. Although the process was not accessible for the public and press were German newspaper still available to supply some details. The British admiralty tried systematically to observe the German shipyards and machine factories working for the German navy. The suspicious Schultz succeeded in obtaining details about the newest some even not laid down capital ships. While being a yacht dealer he had easy access to the shipyards and using his good manners, courtesy and well-stocked fair he seemed to had success.
