German submarine B 23 under Spanish surveillance at Ferrol according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 17 October 1917

An item dated Ferrol 16 October reported that the next day the officers of the German submarine B 23 would leave Henares towards Alcala where they would be interned. The submarine was guarded in the arsenal at Ferrol by Spanish sailors.
