An item dated Copenhagen the 29th referring to the magazine Politiken which stated that the tiding of press association Reuter about a possible neglecting of the Dutch neutrality by Germany was nonsense. German would according to Reuter intend to sent her submarines from Antwerp via the Schelde towards open sea.
