American steamship Healdton torpedoed according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated 24 March 1917

An item reported that two days earlier the American steamship Healdton was torpedoed. Her crew managed to lower three lifeboats of which two were missing. According to rumours were 15 men killed caused by a boiler explosion.
