Naval shipbuilding at Flushing, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Bataafsche Leeuwarder courant dated 4 October 1803

An item Flushing 24th September reported that under French and Batavian supervision all efforts were continued on the shipyards and two days earlier were again 4 flat-bottomed vessels at the navy yard launched.(1) The frigate Aurora still on stacks at the navy shipyard was in such far advanced that order was given to launch her when Napoleon would visit Flushing.
