Part of Batavian-French flotilla arriving at Dunkirk according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsche courant dated 20 April 1805

An item reported that the 9th departed from Oostende a part of the Batavian flotilla consisting of 34 flat-bottomed vessels, 8 schooners and 12 transports arriving safely at Dunkirk. Another newspaper the Rotterdamse courant dated the 27reported that a division of the Batavian flotilla left Oostende towards Dunkirk arriving safely despite the attack by 4 brigs of the enemy [British].
