Vice admiral Ver Huell inspecting ships at Flushing according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamsche courant dated 21 June 1804

An item dated Flushing 14 May reported the arrival of vice admiral Ver Huell (10 a day earlier and who inspected a day later all ships and vessels.

1. Carel Hendrik count Ver Huell (4 February 1764 Doetinchem, Netherlands-25 October 1845 Paris, France). Dutch and French navy officer, ending his career in the rank of vice-admiral. In 1806 he became minister of navy in the Kingdom Holland.
