Part of French-Batavian flotilla departed for Oostende according to the Dutch newspaper Groninger courant dated 10 July 1804

An item dated Flushing the4th reported that in the morning of yesterday 30 flat-bottomed vessels and 27 transports departed towards Oostende, Belgium. On the 4th arrived again French troops in Flushing to be embarked on the flotilla.(1)
