Dutch steam tanker Ocean sold at Wilhelmshafen, Germany according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 14 December 1923

An item reported that the Dutch steam tanker Ocean (1) of the American Petroleum Company was sold to Wilhelmshafen, Germany to be broken up, The British tug Hullman would tow her from Rotterdam to her last destination. She was built in 1898 with a gross tonnage of 2.752 tons.

With a register tonnage of 2.835 tons and 1.872 net tons, a deadweight of 3.500 tons and as dimensions 94,67 x 11,91 x 7,67 metres.
