The new shipping company Caribbean Reefers n.v. according to the Dutch newspaper Amigoe di Curacao dated 29 April 1974

An item reported that the firm Caribbean Reefers n.v. was a shipping company with the intention to purchase, posses and use seagoing ships. The firm had a working capital of 100.000 guilders spread over shares of 1.000 guilders all given out. The Koraal Scheepvaartmaatschappij n.v. was responsible for the business operations.
