Greek naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 20 November 1913

The Naval program as designed by the new British navy commission proposed the building of three dreadnought armed with very heavy guns en 2 ironclads, renewal of the steam boilers of three old ironclads and the building of 25 torpedo destroyers and the purchase of 6 submarines and some gunboats and the founding of a large arsenal. Total costs around 180.000,000 Dutch guilders.
