Dutch towing company n.v. Stoomsleepboot Maatschappij Heinrich founded at Dordrecht according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 16 January 1912

An item referred to the newspaper Staats Courant reporting that the towing company n.v. Stoomsleepboot Maatschappij Heinrich was founded at Dordrecht for a period of 29 years and with a share capital of 20 x ƒ 500 shares which capital of ƒ 10.000 was full deposited. H. Janssen was appointed as director. It was not permitted to have at the same time more than one tug property.
