An item dated Dover, England the 24th reported that the tug Angla arrived a day earlier at Dover with a leaking steam dredger underway from Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Malaga, Spain. The intention was to sent her on the bank for more inspection while it was clear that she was more damaged as earlier believed.
