Dutch bark Jean Baptiste lying at Pensacola, USA bound for Middelburg, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 21 May 1889

An item reported that that the Dutch bark ship Jean Baptiste (1) captain G. Bruijn of De Groof&Co., Vlissingen, Netherlands arrived on the 18th safely at Pensacola, USA to load a cargo of pitch pine destined for Middelburg, Netherlands. Everything was well on board.
