Dutch bark Jean Baptiste underway from Pensacola, USA towards Delfzijl, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 12 March 1886

An item dated Vlissingen the 11th reported that the Dutch bark ship Jean Baptiste (1) of De Groof&Co., Vlissingen, Netherlands underway from Pensacola, USA towards Delfzijl, Netherlands was forced to enter Vlissingen, Netherlands while Delfzijl was not accessible due to the ice. Another newspaper the Vlissingse Courant dated the 14th reported that she arrived on the 9th on the river Ems when she came back.
