Dutch bark Jean Baptiste underway from Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Pensacola, USA according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 17 September 1890

An item dated Vlissingen the 16th reported that the Dutch bark ship Jean Baptiste (1) captain G. Bruijn of De Groof&Co., Vlissingen, Netherlands passed in the afternoon of the 14th St. Catherine point underway from Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Pensacola, USA. Everything was well on board.
