Dutch shipyard Kon.Mij. De Schelde at Vlissingen accepted navy order for placing new water tube boilers in Dutch torpedo boat Hr.Ms. Makjan in 1902

On 12 February 1902 was the order from the Dutch Department of Navy accepted to fit the Dutch torpedo boat Zr.Ms. Makjan out with two Yarrow water tube boilers + equipment accepted for ƒ 23.500,00. The Total costs of the water tube boilers nrs. 51-52 was ƒ 13.573,26 (materials ƒ 9.036,72+wages ƒ 2.622,28+expenses ƒ 1.914,26) resulting in a profit of ƒ 9.926,74.
