Dutch corvette Zeepaard arrived at Plymouth, England according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 27 May 1820

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands the 22nd reported that on the 15th the Dutch corvette Zr.Ms. Zeepaard was forced by contrary winds to enter Plymouth. She was bound for the Dutch East Indies.(1)

1. Laid down at the navy yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands in February 1817, launched on 11 July 1819 and in 1823 underway from the Dutch East Indies to the Netherlands wrecked in the Algoa-Bay. Armament 28 guns. Crew numbered 150 men, in 1819 increased with 17 marines and 12 sailors extra.
