An item dated Den Helder, Netherlands the 11th reported that the Dutch training vessel Zr.Ms. Urania lieutenant 1st class J.J. Boelen with midshipmen of the second department of the Royal Institute at Den Helder arrived at Hoorn, Netherlands. After some manoeuvres on the Zuiderzee was she on the 16th to go to Amsterdam, Netherlands and stay there for some days.(1)
