Dutch naval strength considerable increased according to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Courant dated 8 April 1831

An item dated Breda, Netherlands the 4th reported the intentions to increase the Royal Netherlands navy to a huge strength of 54 ships included 8 ships of the line, 15 frigates and 31 corvettes and brigs.
