An item reported the departure from Willemstad, Curacao on Sunday 3rd of the Dominican schooner of war Capotillo commanded by D. Gäerste Jz. to Santo Domingo. On board was Leopoldo Ángel Santanché de Aguasanta archbishop of Santa Domingo and apostolic vicar of Haiti and the USA.
