Dutch brig Zr.Ms. Zwaluw active with escorting around Curacao according to the Dutch newspaper De Curacaosche courant dated Saturday 26 April 1823

An item reported that the Dutch brig Zr.Ms. Zwaluw captain Bodel which was at that moment already a longer period stationed at Curacao was now repaired at the local shipyard of H. van der Meulen&Co. and again good condition. Before that made she 17 voyages to escort the trade between Curacao and the Spanish and Colombian harbours.(1)
