Venezuelan steam warship Orinoco visited Curacao according to the Dutch newspaper De Curacaosche courant dated 26 March 1859

An item reported the arrival at Willemstad, Curacao on Sunday the 20th of the Venezuelan steam warship Orinoco commanded by J.M. Celis coming from La Guayra. She left on Thursday evening towards Puerto Cabello.
