Dutch kruisboot No. 2 visited Tanara, Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Javasche courant dated 27 June 1838

An item reported the arrival on 21 June at Tanara, Dutch East Indies of the Dutch kruisboot No. 2 commanded by Ketjiel coming from Bantam. The same day departed she for a patrol westward.
