Dutch frigate Zr.Ms. Juno and brig Zr.Ms. Zwaluw commissioned according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 25 March 1841

An item reported that on 1 April the Dutch corvette Zr.Ms. Juno (1) lying at Rotterdam, Netherlands was to be commissioned with a crew of 150 men to which an extra of 15 men was added and to be commanded by captain-lieutenant A. Klein. The at Amsterdam, Netherlands lying Dutch brig Zr.Ms. Zwaluw was to be commissioned with a crew of 100 men to which 10 men extra were added and as ommanding officer captain lieutenant W. Enslie was commanded. Both ships were to replace vessels serving abroad.
