American whaler Martha lying on 20 April at Honolulu, Hawaii according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 5 July 1859

A letter from captain Daily written on board of the bark Martha of New Bedford, USA at Honolulu, Hawaii on 20th April reported that he loaded 2.800 gallons sperm oil on board of the Chapin. He was now destined towards the Arctic Ocean.(1)
