French long term naval building programma according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 9 October 1892

An item dated Paris, France 8th reported the French naval program as announced in the budget commission. In 1893 were 2-1st class cruisers, 3-2nd class cruisers, 1-4th class cruiser, 1 advice yacht, 1 torpedo (gun)boat, 1 gunboat, 4 high sea torpedo boats and 3-1st class torpedo boats to be laid down.
