Norwegian bark Ida underway from South Africa towards Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Java-bode dated 29 January 1886

An item dated Oud Anjer, Dutch East Indies [nowadays Anyer] 27th reported the passing of the Norwegian  bark Ida coming from Algoa Bay, South Africa in ballast. She arrived on the 9th at Batavia, Dutch East Indies, captain Gunnupen. Shipping agents J. Daendels&Co.
