An item reported the arrival by the bark Susan Jane coming from Cape Verde loaded with 4 barrels blackfish and 2 barrels sperm oil, 18 goat skins, 18 barrels port and Lisbon wine, 1 barrel slush, 1.600 lbs old copper and composition and finally 10 cases merchandise for J.B. Hadley.
