Launched at the shipyard Wang Tak Engineering&Shipbuilding Company at Hong Kong with yard number 784 on 27 June 1979. Owned by the Chinese government. Gross register tonnage 1.250-1-389 tons and a length of 66,4 (over all) metres. Bollard pull 60 tons. Fitted out with Niigata 6000 bhp engines. Also called a salvage vessel.
