Dutch tug Hercules saved crew of an anonymous schooner off Texel, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 29 October 1896

An item dated Nieuwediep, Netherlands reported that off Eyerland, Dutch island Texel a probably leaking schooner was drifting of which the crew was saved by the just passing Dutch tug Hercules which steamed to the north.
