An item referred
to tidings received from Constantinople, Turkey dated 24th August published in
the Austrian newspaper Beobachter reporting that a week earlier the Russian
brig of war Themistokles arrived at Bujukdere, Turkey coming from the Black
Sea with the intention to stay there.
