German lighter Ostsee Zeitung temporarily stranded off Terneuzen, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 24 November 1903

An item dated Terneuzen, Netherlands 22nd reported that the German lighter Ostsee-Zeitung while towed by the tug Hercules on the evening of the 21st just outside the harbour stranded. In the night however was with support of the tug and high tide she refloated again.
