Dutch tug Elisabeth Cornelia involved in an accident underway towards Nieuw-Statenzijl, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 30 April 1917

An item reported that the Dutch tug Elisabeth Cornelia of Van Noordenne, Sliedrecht, Netherlands was involved in an accident. While underway towards Nieuw-Statenzijl towing a dredger and other dredging equipment she grounded entering the waterway towards her destination. The result was that her complete tow collided on her stern damaging her rudder and other parts of the ship. The damaged was to be repaired locally.
