British screw steam gunboat HMS Peacock underway from the Dutch East Indies towards Singapore according to the Dutch newspaper Java-bode dated 26 June 1894

An item dated Batavia, Dutch East Indies 26th reported the departure of the British steam warship Peacock captain Laxton towards Singapore.(1)
