Laid down at the shipyard of Hitachi Zosen Corporation on 20 April 1993, launched on 23 February 1994 and commissioned on 26 January 1995. Homeport Kure. MMSI 431999529. Displacement 4.050 (full load) tons and as dimensions 143 x 18 x 4,6 metres or 469 x 59 x 15 feet. Speed 15 knots. A crew numbering 370 men. The armament consists of 1-7,6cm Otobreda gun, 2x3-32,4cm torpedo tubes and 4 saluting cannons.
