Norwegian bark Jason underway from Australia towards the Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Java-bode dated 9 December 1887

An item dated 7^th reported the passing of Nieuw Anjer [nowadays Anyer, Indonesia] by the Norwegian bark Jason coming from Adelaide, Australia bound for Batavia, Dutch East Indies. She arrived there on the 8^th. Captain Christiansen.
