British lugger Verbena lost after collision according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 2 October 1896

An item dated Yarmouth, England 30th September reported that the British lugger Verbena with as homeport Yarmouth was run over by an unknown steamship at sea and that her while crew was drowned.
