Dutch lugger Johanna Gerardina renamed Hopende Visscher according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated 29 January 1896

An item reported that the Dutch lugger Johanna Gerardina of Vlaardingen, Netherlands was bought by A. Poortman Kz., Maassluis, Netherlands and renamed De Hopende Visscher with as master Joh. Voogd and to be used for the herring fishery.
