Dutch fishing company at Schiedam, Netherlands bought German steam lugger Vigilant according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 13 January 1893

An item reported that the firm Zeevisscherij Schiedam which had already four luggers bought in German the steam lugger Vigilant. The Vigilant was immediately to leave Bremerhaven for the trawl fishery before she would arrive in the Netherlands.
