German Marine-Nachschub-Leichter
Of this landing craft were during the Second World War totally 32 units built numbered 1-32 especially for locations without harbour facilities. Each vessel could be disassembled in 6 parts, each with a weight of 18 tons for transport over land. Suitable for service on inland waters and could be assembled within 1-2 days. Fitted out with 2 diesel engines with totally 240 hp and 2 screws allowing a speed of 10 knots and a range of 540 nautical miles. Their crew numbered 14 men. The armament consisted of 1-3,7cm Flak aft and a 1x4-2cm Falk gun at the position of the wheelsmant. Dimensions 38,5 x 5,05 x 1,3 (maximum) metres. Loading capacity 75-90 (maximum) tons. Two cargo holds with a height of 1,6 metres for transport stores who needed weather protection.
